That's not supposed to happen! I'm sticking to plan, I'm tracking everything and I'm aching from spending so much time on the wii fit - and yet, according to the scales, I've put on THREE pounds?!!! Now I know the whole muscle vs fat routine and yes I have been doing a lot of toning and yoga but hell, it doesn't work that quickly! I only started on Saturday!

All I know is that these lbs had better have vamooshed by friday or else!
